利物浦中央图书馆（Liverpool Central Library）是英国英格兰城市利物浦的22座图书馆中规模最大的一座，位于利物浦市中心。图书馆最早的建筑是威廉布朗图书馆和博物馆，修建于1860年；2013年5月17日，图书馆新馆改造完成并对外开放。除阅览室外，图书馆辟有专门展厅陈列本馆古籍善本。
